Role 

We are currently looking for a Administrator - Health and Safety, Environment and Quality to support the HSEQ Team in the functional areas of HSEQ. This would be a great entry level role for someone looking to pursue and develop a career in HQ.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Weekly, monthly, and annual reporting for the HSEQ Team.
  • Providing reports and compliance status of health and safety matters, DSE assessments, fire etc..
  • Co-ordinate Regional and Global Management Reviews.
  • Co-ordinate the agenda for Health & Safety Committee meetings.
  • Co-ordinate a structured programme of health & safety training throughout the Company.
  • Co-ordinate and support a full programme of documented health & safety inspections, audits, and checks.
  • Monitor and order PPE supplies as required.
  • Schedule and monitor health and safety inductions.
  • Adding non conformaties to the RIT system and providing status reports on upcoming/overdue RIT’s.
  • Arranging/ organising external audits (booking rooms, sending invitations etc..)
  • Checking travellers list and sending information to ‘new traveller’s.
  • Raising PO’s.
  • Monitoring of mailboxes including customer feedback.
  • Inputting data to systems, e.g. Figbites.
  • Administration of traveller safety.
  • Booking of occupational health appointments.

  • Strong Administration.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to keep to strict deadlines and adhere to procedures.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to react to problems and resolve on own initiative.
