Job Description

The Role

Following the launch of our Supplier Sustainability Framework we are looking for an enthusiastic, talented individual, reporting into Business Assurance Team. You will need excellent organisational skills with the ability to form strong working relationships internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake supplier assessments and evaluations.
  • Monitoring of supplier performance against set KPI’s
  • Monitoring of ESG and supply chain risks – report and making recommendations to support supplier progress and development
  • Conducting internal audits of data through management of the supplier programme
  • Supervise the Employee Engagement activities on environmental sustainability and develop internal relationships to expand the Green Team Network.
  • Support management with the preparation and delivery of environmental reporting, including annual company emissions reporting, carbon trust audits and company disclosures with CDP, EcoVadis and others as required
  • Help drive continuous improvement through participation in company projects
  • Coordinating with the Legal and Finance Team to help manage supplier contracts
  • Proactively manage and collaborate with internal teams to compile data to submit for carbon emissions reporting
  • Provide HSEQ support the HSEQ team



  • Strong Administration
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Ideally Supply Chain experience.
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to keep to strict deadlines and adhere to procedures.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Good communicator to all levels of the business and suppliers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to react to problems and resolve on own initiative.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and ability to conduct audits (training can be provided)
