Job Description

The primary responsibility is to support the Ricardo project management and project accounting team with: • Validating and processing sales orders and sales order adjustments in line with company governance and authorization limits. • Support and close cooperation with Commercial Team • General customer & internal project databases maintenance • Processing costs and hours transfers • Intercompany orders reporting • Assisting with the preparation of month end reports.

• Secondary education or higher • At least 1 year project accounting experience • Proficient user of MS Office tools (Word and Excel) and SAP • Be professional, customer focused, friendly, helpful and flexible • Fluent in English, both oral and written (daily use and communication with native speakers) • Strong team player, organizational skills, ability to work to tight deadlines
