Job Description

Ricardo Defense is looking for a Project Administrator with direct Department of Defense (DoD) experience to join our team on a project that supports the management and daily coordination of customer operations and activities. This position will be located at our customer office (TACOM) in Warren, MI.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
This Project Administrator will provide services related to managing, monitoring, and coordinating the day-to-day operations for Network Integration team for combat system programs. The Project Administrator will interact daily with fellow Ricardo Defense employee's along with our government customer to assist in the managing of a fleet of ground combat vehicles.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide operations management services in managing, monitoring, and coordinating day to day operations for the Network Integration team.

Organize meeting space and associated multimedia requirements, attend meetings, and prepare agendas, after action reports, and meeting minutes

Attend and support Product &Variant Management (PV&M/Fleet) meetings held on a weekly basis (take notes and distribute to team)

Attend and support SFO staff call held on a weekly basis (take notes and send out to the team)

Coordinate & run NI IPT meetings; this includes coordinating slides, calendar, & action items. Provide meeting minutes & action item status update following each meeting

Act as Network Integration Lead for SRAB (Senior Allocation Resource Board)

Review all SRABS, providing approvals or comments for rejects, and attending bi-weekly meeting

Coordinate Quarterly C4 Delivery Order Reviews with C4 Contract Officer Representative (COR) and SES COR (e.g. NI and Engineering)

Assist with coordinating and tracking vehicle loan requests

Assist with writing briefings and EXSUMS for meetings, deep dives, program reviews, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS WE VALUE:

Experience on DoD system development programs

Experience working directly with government customers

Ability to develop and present standout presentations

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an applicable field of study

Two years of applicable experience

An active Secret Clearance or no more than two years removed from having an active Secret Clearance

Ability to collaborate with technical and management staff

Excellent written communication skills
