Job Description

Ricardo is seeking a HR Business Partner for our Hong Kong office, who will cover Hong Kong, Taiwan and our satelite offices in Singapore, Philippines and Thailand. Successful candidates will need to have excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese and there will be an element of business travel, although infrequent.

THE ROLE 

  • Handle full spectrum of HR operations, including but not limited to payroll, C&B operations and projects, performance review, employee relations
  • Support in HR policies and procedures update and review
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding as required
  • Ad hoc assignments as assigned
  • Some occasional business travel may be required
  • Support HR Director (located in Hong Kong) to drive HR special projects and other initiatives

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Degree holder in HR / business related disciplines
  • With at least 8 -12+ years of relevant HR generalist experience gained in sizable organization
  • Good interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills
  • Self-starter and with an ability to operate independently across a complex and matrix structure
  • Knowledgeable with regards to employment laws in the Asian countries listed above
  • Strong business acumen and solid HR exposure gained from fast-paced environment
