Job Description

Ricardo Rail are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to be located in our Seoul, South Korea office. Successful candidates will need to have be bi-lingual in both Korean and English and will be covering the Korea, Japan and Philippines offices. Japanese language skills will be a distinct advantage.

 

THE ROLE

  • Handle full spectrum of HR operations, including but not limited to payroll, C&B operations and projects, performance review, employee relations
  • Support in HR policies and procedures update and review
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding as required​
  • Ad hoc assignments as assigned
  • Some occasional business travel may be required
  • Support HR Manager (located in Hong Kong) to drive HR special projects and other initiatives

 

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Degree holder in HR / business related disciplines

  • With at least 8 -12+ years of relevant HR generalist experience gained in sizable organization

  • Good interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills

  • Self-starter and with an ability to operate independently across a complex and matrix structure

  • Knowledgeable with regards to employment laws in the Asian countries listed above

  • Strong business acumen and solid HR exposure gained from fast pace environment

  • Prior regional exposure in a HR role would be advantageous
